I hate my Mommy

Bubbles came through his operation fine. However he has to wear the dreaded E-collar! It is driving him mad. He is suppose to keep it on for 10 days! I don't know how we are going to make it for so long. I just hope he will eventually forgive me.

Hi there, Bubbles.
Get well soon, little Buddy. You are too cute.

It doesn't mean much now, I know, but your Mommy is only trying to take care of you.

And your Mommy made you the neatest little techie count-down clockie thing ever, just for Bubbles. Get her to show it to you. What a clever Mommy you have.

Looking forward to seeing more pictures of this "adventure".

What kind of operation did Bubbles have? I have a suggestion about the e-collar thingy. When I had "the girls" spayed, instead of the e-collar (which they hated), I decided to use a product called -- second skin patches. It is a breathable "bandaid" like patch, it sticks on the boo-boo & the kitty can't lick at the stitches & wound. To remove the "second skin", simply pour baby oil over it and let it sit for a few minutes, then peel it right off. The patch will stay in place for at least a coupld of weeks. My vet now uses them instead of e-collars. How is that for my creativity? It really works, I promise and kitty will be much happier! Let me know what you think.

He had a cyst removed from his head. The e-collar is to stop him from scrathing the stiches. Where can I get "second skin patches"? Are they for animals, of for humans.

Awwwwww...Poor baby boy!! He looks just miserable! Give him scritches, treats, nip...something he likes, from his Auntie Kat!! Does he like catnip, Cecelia?

He is not cazy about nip. At the moment he is not crazy about anything. I hope he will feel better soon. He is miserable, also cause he cannot groom. I'm going to see whether I can get the stuff Deb talked about, so I can get rid of the E-collar
