Well, at last the hated E-collar has been removed, and so have the stitches. The wound looks OK and should heal well, if he does not scratch too much. It looks like it will leave a big scar though.I also took this opportunity to put a regular collar on Bubbles. I've tried before, but he hated it. However I am hoping he will be so glad to get rid of the e-collar that he won't mind too much. In any case, it gives him something else to scratch, instead of the wound.

Yes, I totally agree that Mrs. B needs some blog-time. You can expect to see much more of her in the near future.
