Trying to teach Mrs. B with Treats
As you all know Mrs. B is on a diet, so she has to work for her treats. Last night I was about to put the treats in the ball, and then I wondered whether I could teach her to sit up for her treats like Rascal and Catzee. BTW, I using the treats Skeezix sent in his party pack.
OK, she is definately interested in the treats.
Left paw up.
Right paw up.
Both feet off the ground!
Ouch!
Well, both her front feet were off the ground, so I count that as a success! Now I just have to get her to sit pretty and let me give her the treat. I hope I have fingers left by the time she learns that.

Mom used to do teach her cat from before, Butchie, tricks too. If they are standing up on all fours then push the treat back over their head until they have to sit down all the while telling them "sit". Then you gives them the treat. Then when theys trained you can tell them to sit wifout the treat. She hasn't tried that wif us yet.
Very excellent Mrs. B! You will soon get the hang of it if Cecilia doesn't get tired of scratched and/or bitten fingers in the mean time.

mrs.b is of above average intelligence. she is training you well cecilia. she is getting her treats as planned.
My Momma has tried to teach me that too, but I'm just not in the mood to do it, really.
I'll do it eventually, if I feel like it.
Kitties have to work for their food too?!?! I thought only woofies had to work for their food. I will have to tell Tucker.
Thank you so much for all your support during moms operashun. She gets better every day and cant wait for a couple more weeks to get a correction so everything isnt so blurry.

Nice pictures of Mrs. B. I just crawl all over my human until she hands over all the treats. And I can get them out of the treat ball furry furry fast.
They make me do stuff like that. It sucks 'cause I just want the treats. But what are you going to do? It is worth the effort.

Yoo's furry clefurr Mrs.B. Flynn sits up an takes his treats all gentull one at a time. I climb up mum's leg an stick all my claws in an grab hold of her hand cuz she's too slow.
Looks like she is doing the Hokey Pokey. Mittens taught all the cats how to do it, but Miles had trouble with remembering his left, so she putted purple dots on the kitties paws (it was a party we haded, before you getted your blog)

Mom's managed that wif Bonnie, but I swat her hand so we decided my spin would be better. We're workin on sit, but I'd rather follow the treat an knock it out of her hand. I'd like ta steal Bonnie's treats, too, but Mom won't let me.
We hadded our trainin video up awhile back - Bonnie begs an I spin, an Mom hands out the treats.
