Madness: Mom!
Mrs. B: *snickers* And not just any boyfriend. A MANCAT boyfriend.
Madness: I don't want no Mancat boyfriend. Mom, tell them!
Mom: OK, Madness calm down.
Madness: But Mom I don't want no mancat boyfriend. Ahhhmm, he hasn't even had his ... you know.. his "big boy" operation! Tell everybody I don't want no boyfriend like that. I'm a good girl.
Mom: Yes internets it is true. We have the neighbor's un-neutered mancat hanging around the house, calling for Madness. He is OK, except for the "man"cat part. I was afraid that he and Bubbles would fight, but they get along fine. However he does have his eyes on Mandess, but she wants nothing to do with him.
Here are some pictures of him on the porch trying to get her attention. For now I'm just calling him "Boyfriend". Yes, very original.

Madness, like someone else already said, ask your mom to talk to his people about getting his operation. Then you two can have a nice uncomplicated courtship. You must admit that he is quite handsome.
I'm so glad that he an Bubbles get along. It IS Bubble's porch and yard, after all. Bubbles is very generous to let him visit.
